Policies 

Can I return my item(s) and request a refund? 

No. All sales are final due to the nature of the products.

My item(s) were damaged during shipping. Can I request a replacement or refund?

Yes. Please email shisowild@protonmail.com right away and include a photo of the damages along with your name that the order was placed with. 

I cannot change or add items to an order once it is placed. 

Shipping 

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS. No signature is required, which means that if you are not home to receive it, the package will be left on your doorstep or in the mail box.

International shipping via USPS or UPS.
